Marjorie (DeLong) Rose
President

Marj Rose founded MarketLift, Incorporated to help companies achieve their revenue and new business development   goals by creating effective strategic marketing plans.

Marj is a Private Pilot and has extensive sales and marketing leadership experience in the aviation industry having worked for CAE SimuFlite Training International, GE Capital, L-3 Communications Avionics Systems and JSSI® (Jet Support Services, Inc.) as well as a Part 135 charter operation in various capacities.

Marj earned a Bachelor of Science degree with an Aviation Administration major from Indiana State University and has extensive Six Sigma quality training focusing on process, quality management and customer centricity.
Some of Marj’s accomplishments include:

• Created new product marketing campaigns encompassing direct mail, advertising, telemarketing and trade show participation to successfully launch new simulator training programs and improve existing utilization..
• Developed extensive global marketing plan for major avionics manufacturer and created new product launch roadmaps and campaigns, including market research, voice of the customer, timelines and product life cycle.
• Created strategic territory sales plans to effectively direct regional sales managers' focus and to increase revenue by 19%.
• Numerous articles published on market trends and industry issues.
• Developed highly successful automobile sweepstakes program for hourly maintenance company to generate sales leads and increase exposure at national trade convention.

Karen Mattenley
Director Marketing Services

Karen Mattenley leads the MarketLift team in FBO marketing and customer service training programs. Most recently she has developed web based marketing campaigns and customized databases for advertising and sales lead generation. she has instituted various sales and marketing programs that have resulted in increased market share and capture rate, and instituted customer service training that has improved the service levels for service based companies.

Karen's 20 plus years in the aviation industry includes CAE/SimuFlite, Altantic Aviation, and Swift Aviation Group. She graduated from Western State College, Gunnison, Colorado with degrees in Business Administration and Secondary Art Education. Karen enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid animal rescue supporter.
