Marj (DeLong) Rose founded MarketLift, Inc. in 2006 to help business aviation companies fill the gaps with marketing planning and implementation. Marj is a private pilot and has extensive sales and marketing leadership experience in the aviation industry by having worked for CAE SimuFlite Training International, GE Capital, L-3 Communications Avionics Systems and JSSI® (Jet Support Services, Inc.) as well as charter operations in various capacities for more than 20 years. She has worked closely with JSSI, a provider of hourly cost maintenance services, Conklin & de Decker, and other aviation companies to develop and implement their strategic marketing/communications plan while positioning them as experts in their fields within the industry.

In addition to writing articles for AvBuyer Magazine on a regular basis, Marj acts as a ghost writer for MarketLift customers in various capacities to increase their exposure in the aviation industry.

Marj earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University with an Aviation Administration major and has always had a passion for business aviation. Marj established a new regional aviation group in 2008 and is serving as Past President of the North Texas Business Aviation Association (NTBAA) that has more than 400 active members. She was an honored by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide as distinguished speaker to the graduating class in December 2018. Marj currently serves as the Chair for the NBAA Local & Regional Groups Committee and is a recognized veteran in the industry.
